15,000 San Bernardino Home Care Workers win their second In Home Supportive Services contract and a wage increase to $9.05/hour.
Over 2,000 Ventura County Homecare Workers win a contract in 2005,
increasing their wages to $9.00 per hour, and up to $9.50 in 2007.
SEIU-ULTCW workers helped pass a landmark nursing
home reform (AB 1629) which will bring more
money into nursing homes.
